Email & Reminder Communications Notice

You can choose whether to receive reminders relating to your ThriveOS activities. The available reminder types are Daily Compass, Missed-Day (“gentle restart”) and Weekly Reset. They are disabled by default. You may independently enable or disable each type, choose a time and time zone, temporarily pause reminders or unsubscribe. We currently intend to limit automated activity reminders to two messages per day.

An email may include a reminder prompt and the title of an action or goal that you entered. Even titles can reveal personal information if someone else can read your inbox. Please choose action titles with that in mind. Reminder emails should not include your Scan scores or answers, private reflections, or AI Guide conversation history.

Every optional recurring reminder should include a working way to stop or change reminders. Unsubscribing from optional reminders does not necessarily prevent strictly necessary account, authentication, purchase or security messages that the service may need to send. Any marketing email program would require its own appropriate consent, preferences and disclosures.

Email delivery may be delayed or prevented by spam filters, provider outages or incorrect account addresses. We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered at a precise minute. Email logs may be used to prevent duplicates, investigate errors and honor preferences, subject to the Privacy Policy.
